Personnel without access to Offutt AFB need to call the unit in advance so we
can arrange to have someone meet you at the Capehart (SAC) Gate.
To get to the Capehart (SAC) Gate via HWY 75:
NOTE: This is the only gate that members without other access to the
base should use.
- Take HWY 75 to the Capehart Rd exit if heading South, or the Ft Crook Rd exit if heading
North
- Head East on Capehart Rd to the Capehart Gate
To get to the OFFCS facility from the Capehart (SAC) Gate:
NOTE: This is the only gate that members without other access to the
base should use.
- Ask guard at the gate to check the Offutt Composite Squadron CAP EAL to gain access to the base.
- Go through the gate
- Turn Left at the first intersection (SAC Blvd)
- Follow that road as it goes past the US Strategic Command missiles and Base
Exchange complex
- Take the next left onto Grant's Pass
- Take the second right turn between buildings 403 and 525
- Building 404 is directly across the parking lot
To get to the Kenney (or "Flag") Gate via HWY 75:
NOTE: Do not use this gate unless you already have access to the base
through another means (DoD access sticker, DoD credentials, etc).
- Take HWY 75 to the HWY 370 exit, you will see a sign for the base
- Head East on HWY 370 to the Ft Crook Rd exit, there will be signs for the base
- Take Ft Crook Rd South to the Kenney (or "Flag") Gate, you will see a bunch of flag
poles, and static displays of a B-52 and EC-135 aircraft
To get to the OFFCS facility from the Kenney (or "Flag") Gate:
NOTE: Do not use this gate unless you already have access to the base
through another means (DoD access sticker, DoD credentials, etc).
- Turn right at the first intersection (SAC Blvd)
- Follow that road as it winds its way around the flight line towards the Base Exchange
- Take a right onto Grant's Pass just before the Base Exchange
- Take the second right turn between buildings 403 and 525
- Building 404 is directly across the parking lot
